odk Terms & Conditions of Engagement

1. Unless for corporate events where a purchase order number has been given, odk will only accept payment on the day in cash. Non cash payment must be cleared prior to the show (see your bank for details of clearance times).
2. Payment must be made at the start of the performance not the end of the show or we reserve the right to refuse to play. All performances can last for a period of up to 4 hours. This can be extended by prior agreement for a negotiated fee.
3. The hirer undertakes full responsibility for safety & security of guests present.
4. In the event of cancellation any deposits paid will not be refunded for the engagement.
5. odk will need unhindered access to the venue for 90 - 120 minutes prior to the show to allow for the equipment to be set up.
6. In the unlikely event that odk cannot fulfil its commitment then the customer agrees to limit the liability of odk to the booking fee.
7. Should the hirer require odk to play after 1.00am in the morning, the hirer will be responsible for the cost of a hotel room at / nearby to the venue.
8. The hirer is responsible for reasonable refreshment expenses should the event be longer than 3 hours. This will usually be a simple bar meal and drinks.
